About Us

About Us

We are experienced payroll specialists, and members of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, with over 10 years of practicing payroll in Bristol and the South West. Originally the payroll department of an established firm of accountants PCL has been set up to accommodate small and medium businesses with their payroll needs and to support them on their Auto Enrolment journey as the process evolves.

The PCL philosophy is to facilitate two way communications in order to build relationships with our clients giving us insight into their organisational culture and beliefs. We believe in having a ‘total customer focus’ making us proactive rather than reactive, ready to tackle the ‘real’ issues and achieve a ‘win-win’ outcome for all.

What does our ‘total customer focus’ look like….

  1. Proactive – By designating you a payroll specialist we are able to get to know you and your business understanding your payroll needs helping us to anticipate any hurdles before they arise
  2. Ready to tackle the real issues – we guarantee to never be later, to respond to your call/emails the same day, to keep you apprised of changes in payroll legislation via our website
  3. Win-win outcome for all – Our satisfaction knowing we have given you peace of mind
