About Us

About Us

Payroll Compliance Ltd (PCL) was formed in 2014 by Neil Houghton and his daughter Rachel, along with Stephanie Mogg and Lucy Cook.

At PCL we dedicate ourselves to forging excellent relationships with our clients and providing an outstanding level of service, acknowledged in our ISO 9001:Quality Management accreditation.

Having grown from the payroll department of a long-established family accountancy practice, we know how small-medium businesses work and we understand the value of good communication.

You will be looking for a payroll provider that works accurately, efficiently and reliably for a competitive fee.

You will want to know that you can speak to one of the team immediately should an issue arise and you will want to feel assured that the advice and guidance you are given is current and correct.
