Auto Enrolment

As a payroll client, we will carry out the monthly and annual auto enrolment administration for you.

If you are a new employer, we will guide you through Auto Enrolment (AE) and once you have selected a pension scheme, we will manage the administration of the payroll and AE on your behalf. We are able to recommend third party IFAs if you need advice on select the right pension scheme for your business and employees.

The Auto Enrolment administration (AE) service will:

Account for pension contributions (Inc. AE), and provide required reports

Assess your workforce each month

Deal with employee opt-outs/opt-ins

Process new starters and postponements

Automatically re-enrol all eligible staff to the pension scheme every three years, in accordance with the auto enrolment laws

Conduct all correspondence to your employees via the employee self-service portals. This enables us at Payroll Compliance to hold an electronic audit trail of all auto enrolment communications sent to your employees, keeping you 100% compliant with The Pensions Regulator

Any other payroll & AE associated tasks that may occur from time to time

Outsourced Service for Accountants

Online, white labelled, outsourced payroll and integrated auto enrolment (AE) service for accountants, bookkeepers and HR Specialists.

We can manage all aspects of your payroll ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time, meeting all compliance regulations. We can calculate and maintain your payroll records, issue pay-slips and notify your clients of their HMRC remittance. Unlike other payroll providers we do not charge your clients additional fees for new starters, leavers or payroll amendments. We offer bespoke services according to your clients’ individual business needs.
